    At BatteriesHere.com we typically ship with UPS for most orders over 10 dollars, usually or orders 10 dollars or less we ship with USPS. When a product ships an email notification is usually sent to the customer, in almost all instances we provide a tracking number in the email notification. We typically list products that are only available, in stock and ready for shipping. Products that are not in stock will likely be listed "Back Ordered", please feel free to inquire about product availability through our contact form. BatteriesHere.com website automatically calculates shipping cost based on standard shipping, we reserve the right to make necessary corrections due to any electronic errors. If there is shipping cost error of more than $5.00 you will be contacted for approval prior to shipment. For shipping bulk quantities we will ship with standard frieght, we will contact you to approve freight cost prior to processing your order. Some products we carry ship factory direct, we charge shipping accordingly. For expedited shipping not listed as the shipping options please use our contact form to arrange for other shipping methods.

    Damaged products: Upon delivery, inspect your product thoroughly; note any damages to the packaging or product. If there is any excessive damage to the package refuse the shipment and contact BatteriesHere.com immediately. If you are unable to refuse shipment contact us immediately, and contact the shipper immediately to file a claim and contact us.

    Order Processing

    Orders are typically processed from 8am to 6pm Monday Through Thursday and from 8am to 2pm on Fridays. While shippers do not typically pickup on Sundays we still process orders on Sundays 8am to 4pm. We are closed most major holidays and religious holidays. Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours of being placed.

    Return Policy

    For items such as batteries, all batteries are considered brand new and fresh from the factory unless otherwise listed. We sell batteries in certain quanties because we cannot break open boxes to sell 'just one or two pieces', that would defeat the purpose of a brand new battery still in its box. For all returns the customer must contact us first to make the proper arrangements, the customer MUST obtain an RMA number prior to returning a product. For batteries the customer must contact us within 10 business days to inform us why they want to return the product. For products that do not have any defects we will charge a 25% restocking fee, customer will be responsible for return shipping charges. Special order items are non-returnable. List of Return Requirements: All returns must be in original factory packaging and undamaged All parts, including mauals and batteries must be returned All packaging must be returned Manufacturers product packaging must be in reusable shape with no markings or stickers applied Please send a detailed explanation about your return. Example: "Never used or Open" or "Defective Merchandise" Customer is responsible for return shipping on non defective item Insure your return at the cost of the product in the event your return is lost or damaged An RMA number is required When returning please write the RMA number on the outside of the box

    Guarantee/Warranty

    All of our products carry a manufacturers warranty against defects. All brand new products are covered by manufacturers standard warranty. Items that are not brand new will be listed as "Refurbished" and will carry whatever warranty the manufacturer offers with refurbished items. We seek to take every measure that your shopping experience does not overload your batteries, please contact us with any suggestions for improvement or any questions or concerns.

We do not sell, share or rent user information to any outside party not directly involved with processing your transaction. We do not keep or store your credit card information in our databases, our website is secured via a 128 bit security certificate and we have recieved assurances that our credit card processor encrypts their data at 1024 bit. While we do like to have fun to break up the monontony, we take your privacy and security quite seriously.     We apply the utmost care and attention to pricing, internet shoppers are savy and price conscious. Prices are updated electronically and despite our best efforts a small number of items may occasionally reflect incorrect prices due to computer or human error, etc. We verify prices on a daily basis and make changges accordingly. If the actual price on a product is less than what is listed we will charge you the lower amount and ship it to you. If a correct price is higher than our stated price we will contact you before shipping for your approval. For all prices, products, offers we reserve the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontiuation, manufacturer price changes, errors and other extenuating circumstances.
